London based designer David Koma celebrated his 10-year anniversary with another glamorous, super feminine collection – inspired by a recent trip to Kenya.
The SS20 collection was presented at London fashion Week featuring the designer’s signature sculptural silhouettes. Chic cocktail dresses, a-symmetric bold looks and sharp tailoring were mixed with softer, relaxed designs appearing in transparent fabrics and exotic beadwork in the shape of zebra print and rhino-shaped belt buckles.
Opening the show was a stand-out look of a stunning figure-hugging zebra stripe catsuit embellished with sequins. The zebra motif was accompanied by black and white colours, a refreshing denim addition and beautiful eye catching head-to toe orange look.
Alongside structured dresses and sparkling materials we saw more tailored looks such a wide shouldered sleeveless vest in light-blue or a beige sequined trench coat. Mini dresses were brilliantly styled with blazers. This season, the #KomaGirl is seductive as ever, proving that you can be flashy and glamorous day and night.
